BCBR and the aftermath

Kris and I killed it up in BC. It is pretty sweet to go to a rcae with very little expectation and then win it. Sneddon was killing it out there and riding into his home town on Canada day put us into the Jersey, which we held on to for the remainder of the race. I have been pretty cracked since then though. 30 hrs of trail riding in 7 days takes it out of you! The last 2 weekends have been back to the grind, first in Windham NY at the NMBS and then US Nationals this weekend. I was suffering like a champ in both races but somehow managed to put together an OK ride for STXC nats and almost got the V. Second place is the first looser though. Now i am chillin in upsate NY until thursday and then headed up to Quebec for 2 weeks to hit the World Cups. Nothing like a month long stint on the muggy east coast. Thats about it. I think I am going to go hit up the swimming hole and procrastinate my bike ride some more. Later!
