Good and Bad, all around. Saturday had a pretty good ride going. Ryan was killing me on the first 3 laps so I decided it would be much easier to go chill in the chase group, so I did. Thought I had it pretty much in the bag for second, then broke my bike again. I Probably could have caught back up but I was pushing a little hard through a turn and had the spectacular crash of the day. Oh well, 5th is better than 6th... Sunday was crazy. I felt like ass for the first half of the race, just absolutely dyeing. I have no idea how I caught those guys, I think my body finally turned on or something. Once we hit the last lap I just played it safe and used my amazing sprinting skills to dust em. That was pretty sweet! Now its time to do the real training and actually get into shape so when we hit Portland I can hopefuly wow the home crowd. Anyways, I need to go track down a seat post... Later
