Dropping some mad science on yous

Big news on the Wicknasty front is that we are moving to Illinois in September! Sarah got an amazing position at UI Urbana, so that is our next stop in this great adventure. Before you all go hating on it, the riding actually isnt all that bad. I will probably turn into a mad TT specialist that cant go around corners, but should be putting out like 1000 watts every second after riding through corn fields endlessly. The best part is, if you want to go somewhere, there are about 17 roads that go there, so you will never get bored! Also, I posted links to my Mix Tape since everyone (ok 5 people) have been clamoring for it, and also a link to Kabush's mix tape. Grab them and let me know what you think. I also posted some new photos on Flikr so check those too if you like. Now its time to go get my new MTB dialed in and get ready for Africa!!

You need to go to Mandarin Wok, Blind Pig, Crane Alley, East/West Fast Food, Bombay Grill, Champaign Surplus, Thai at the Y, and Bruce's bike shop. That should keep you busy for the first week.

because it's the land of Lincoln, all transactions in Illinois are completed in pennies. Better stock up now. Carrying them around will make you a stronger rider, though, so think of it as a benefit.

There's a 1 mile stretch of road about 15 miles from Urbana called "Seven hills road." It contains the majority of the hills in the county. If you go out there and ride it about 40 times, you should have a nice rolling ride.

+ 1 on Bike works - Bruce is the very best.

When you're bored, ride your bike up to Chicago and eat a cupcake with me. Or come and race a Chicago 'Cross Cup race and show all us how it's done.

Darn, now that you've posted a "super easy cheater shortcut" to your Mix Tape, it's taken all the fun out of getting one. I had a nice long flattering essay I was going to send you, in hopes of conning you into sending me one.

Just kidding, thanks for the link, and great taste!

Good luck in SA. AC, Wells, JHK? HA! Wicknasty is the new American on the block kickin' some Euro a$$.

Long live the hairy legs!
