This is my final week of good hard solid training before I embark on a month long sojerene into the racing world. It all kicks off with the Mt Hood Classic in Hood River. This has to be one of the coolest races of the ear and I am excited to go hit it. Following that it is time to head east, all the way to north Carolina for Stop two of the Norba series in Sugar Mtn, NC. Sugar mountain is near Boone, NC, the infamous local of a certain someones return to cycling. No, I am not talking about Bob Roll, but a Texan by the name of lance. After that excitement we head up to Mt Snow Vermont for another go round, then travel up to Canada eh? for round 4 of the World Cup. I hopefully will be going good by then, but starting in row 9 will be slightly disadvantageous I am sure. Then back home for the move into my new sweet massive studio apartment and some good recovery before the next session of racing. Until then, I am going to go out and beat myself up today with some more intervals in hopes of getting that last bit of top end fitness so I can drop those poor poor suckers who have been getting tired and beat up over in Europe. So long suckers! If you are into feeling bad for a guy, check up on Doug Ollenenshaw over at www.dougollerenshaw.com That guy is bummin right now. I thought only old people broke their hips...
